Wellness Power Bowl Demonstration

A plant-based café and an edible garden are joining forces to provide power to the people. Chere and Chesney from Wild Pear Kitchen are again working with Gill and Greg Miles from Black Gates, who are providing a tour of their garden along with teaching the art of creating a Wellness Power Bowl.

Learn to assemble a nutritious bowl using quick and easy recipes made from plant-based superfoods. Think colourful hummus, wild weed pesto, seedy crackers, beetroot balls, crispy kale, turmeric tofu and tzatziki.

Enjoy a glass of wine or juice, a buffet feast of superfood salads and all the Wellness Power Bowl components. Vegan and gluten free.
